Common fixes
I can't sign in
The Target Fitness app uses email one-time codes. After entering your email, check your inbox for a 6-digit code (and your spam folder). If the code doesn't arrive within 2 minutes, request a new one from the same screen.
HealthKit data isn't showing up
Open iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Target Fitness, confirm each category is enabled, then quit and reopen the app. The app reads only the categories you've authorized.
I want to delete my account
Email [email protected] from the address tied to your account. Per our Privacy Policy, we remove your data from active systems within 30 days and from backups within 90 days.
I'm a coach and lost dashboard access
Contact [email protected]. Dashboard access requires a confirmed coach account on the Kode Fit platform.
